These terms apply to the purchase, download, activation and use of Binary Timing Dashboard, provided by Vivid Crown (PVT) LTD.
By purchasing, activating or using the software, you agree to these terms.
1. Software Purpose
Binary Timing Dashboard is a market-analysis and decision-support tool for use with MetaTrader 5. It does not provide financial, investment, legal or tax advice and does not execute trades automatically.
2. License
A valid purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use Binary Timing Dashboard according to the plan purchased.
You may not:
- Share, sell, rent or transfer your license key
- Copy or distribute the software without permission
- Reverse engineer, modify, bypass or interfere with licensing controls
- Use the software for unlawful or fraudulent activities
- Claim ownership of the software or its branding
3. Account and License Security
You are responsible for protecting your license key and purchase information. Contact support immediately if you believe your key has been exposed or misused.
4. System Requirements
The software requires a compatible Windows computer, an active internet connection and the MetaTrader 5 desktop terminal. You are responsible for confirming these requirements before purchasing.
5. Trading Risk
Financial and binary trading involve substantial risk and may result in partial or total financial loss.
Signals, confidence scores, warnings and suggested timeframes are generated from technical market data and may be incomplete, delayed or incorrect. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
You remain solely responsible for every trading decision, stake, entry, exit and loss.
6. Third-Party Services
Binary Timing Dashboard depends on third-party systems including MetaTrader 5, brokers, internet providers and market-data services.
Vivid Crown (PVT) LTD is not responsible for outages, delays, symbol differences, pricing errors, account restrictions or changes caused by third parties.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as the merchant of record.
Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled. You must cancel before the next billing date to prevent another charge.
The Lifetime plan requires one payment and does not renew. Lifetime access applies while the Binary Timing Dashboard product and its licensing service remain commercially available.
8. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to the Binary Timing Dashboard Refund Policy and any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.
9. Updates and Availability
We may release updates, corrections or feature changes. Features, supported symbols and technical requirements may change as the product develops.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent compatibility with every future Windows, MT5 or broker update.
10. Suspension or Termination
A license may be suspended or terminated if it is shared, resold, fraudulently obtained, used to bypass licensing controls or used in violation of these terms.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The software is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee accuracy, uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every broker or profitable trading results.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vivid Crown (PVT) LTD will not be responsible for trading losses, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption or indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of or inability to use the software.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms when the software, payment process or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on the official website with its effective date.
14. Applicable Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by applicable laws and do not limit any mandatory consumer rights available in the customer’s country of residence.
If a dispute arises, the customer should contact us first so both parties can attempt to resolve the matter fairly and informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue the remedies available under applicable law.
