Binary Timing Dashboard is a downloadable digital software product supplied by Vivid Crown (PVT) LTD.
Because customers receive immediate access to the software and a unique license key, purchases are generally non-refundable after successful delivery and activation.
Technical-Issue Refunds
A refund request may be considered when all the following conditions are met:
- The request is submitted within seven calendar days of purchase.
- A verified technical problem prevents the software from being installed, activated or connected to MetaTrader 5.
- The customer has followed the User Guide and provided the information reasonably required for troubleshooting.
- Our support team has been given a reasonable opportunity to resolve the problem but cannot provide a working solution.
Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee approval.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not normally be provided for:
- Changing your mind after purchase
- Not using the software
- Expecting guaranteed profits or specific trading results
- Trading losses or unsuccessful trades
- Incorrect market analysis or signals
- Failure to meet the published Windows, internet or MT5 requirements
- Problems caused by a broker, MT5 account, internet provider, third-party service or unsupported computer configuration
- Refusal to complete reasonable troubleshooting steps
- License sharing, misuse or violation of the Software Terms
- Subscription charges when cancellation was not completed before the renewal date
Subscription Cancellation
Monthly and yearly subscriptions can be cancelled to prevent future renewals. Cancellation does not normally refund a charge that has already been processed. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

Include:
- Your purchase email
- Order number
- Windows version
- Description of the problem
- Screenshot or screen recording of the error
- Troubleshooting steps already attempted
Never send your MT5 password.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as the merchant of record. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method and may take several business days to appear.
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply under relevant law. Lemon Squeezy may also issue refunds in accordance with its own policies and merchant-of-record obligations.
